I know what it’s like to feel lost, disconnected, and weighed down by grief and patterns that don’t make sense.
My own journey carried me through loss and disconnection until practices like meditation and Family Constellations helped me find ground, clarity, and a way forward.
Today, I co-create spaces of reconnection with self, with ancestors, and the living world.
This is a space for reflection and reconnection with life.
Wholeness is possible when we see the ancestral threads still woven through our lives.
